Advocate Health Touchstone Award Sharing Day is an annual event for our organization to recognize this year's Touchstone Award winners whose projects have exhibited exceptional performance in the areas of safety, health outcomes and patient experience.
Once your registration is complete, you should receive a confirmation email. A meeting planner will also be sent within 5-7 business days to all confirmed attendees.
